Live compost reveal

For this year's Cheltenham Science Festival, which is taking place online owing to the coronavirus pandemic, the Plastic Hub's project lead, Prof Mark Miodownik, and Research Fellow Danielle Purkiss will be presenting their research to date into the viability of biodegradable and compostable packaging.

The Big Compost Experiment, our nationwide citizen science research experiment, has been running since October 2019, and the results so far are as revealing as they are compelling.
